Pause and restart a campaign

Sometimes you may want to pause a campaign. There can be several reasons for this:

• You want to run a different campaign and don’t want the campaigns to clash
• You want to see how the market responds when there is no campaign
• To take a break and analyze the campaigns benefits and costs

Pause a campaign

To pause a campaign:

1. From WP Admin, navigate to Send. 
   
   This opens Send.
   
2. In the Send panel, click Campaigns.
   

A list of your campaigns appears in the right pane.

3. Click the ellipses next to the campaign you want to pause or restart.
   
4. Select Pause campaign to pause a campaign.
   
5. Select Resume campaign to start the campaign again.
   Your campaign is paused or resumed.
