Workflows are a collection of rules and content that determine when, and to whom, Send sends emails and messages. Some examples include:
- A campaign to send a thank you email with a coupon code to all customers who purchase over $100 worth of products at your online store.
- A campaign to send reminder emails to visitors with items in their carts but who haven’t completed the purchase process.
- A discount offer sent to your entire mailing list before a big holiday.
Much of your work with Send will revolve around creating, running and analyzing these workflows.
