Name and save an email

Emails in Send start as templates. After you edit a template, you can save it in the My designs tab.

To name and save an email template:

  1. In WP Admin, click Send.

    This opens Send.

  2. In the panel, click Email templates.
  3. Click an existing template.

  4. Click Use email template.
    This opens the email editor.
    Name and save an email 7 In teh name field enter chosen name
  5. In the name field, enter your chosen name.
  6. Edit the email. For details, see Explore the email editor.

  7. When you finish editing the email, click Save.

The edited template will appear under the My designs tab. You’ll be able to use it as the basis for future emails.
