Date range

This section allows you to filter the data by a date range or time period. Choose a specific range or filter by:

• Last 7 days
• Last 14 days
• Last month

Performance

Here, you can view your Top Broadcasts and Workflows. Your top campaigns appear in this tab for tracking and insights.

If you’ve connected your WooCommerce store, on the left side of the dashboard you can view:

• Total store revenue
• Total # of products sold
• Total # of orders
  
  

You can also view how Send is helping your performance succeed in real time. On the right side of the dashboard you can view:

• Total revenue by Send
• Revenue generated by Email
• Revenue generated by SMS
  
  

Contacts added

You can see the total number of contacts added here, and total number of contacts added from Forms.

Your top 5 leading forms appear in under “Top leading forms” once your WooCommerce store is synced.

 SMS deliverability 

Under SMS deliverability you can view: 

• How many SMS were sent and the percentage
• How many SMS were delivered and the percentage
• How many SMS were undelivered and the percentage
