Over time, your Send workspace can fill up with older workflows and broadcasts. To keep things organized, you can archive them. Archiving removes them from your active workspace without permanently deleting them, so you can still access them later if needed.
When to Archive
Archiving is useful when:
- A broadcast has already been sent and is no longer relevant.
- A workflow has completed its purpose (for example, a seasonal promotion or holiday campaign).
- You want to reduce clutter and keep your workspace focused on active campaigns.
Archiving a Workflow or Broadcast
- In the WP Admin, go to Send.
- Select either Workflows or Broadcasts.
- Find the item you want to archive and click the three dots menu next to its name.
- Choose Archive. The workflow or broadcast will be archived and no longer active.
Accessing Archived Items
To view your archived workflows or broadcasts:
- Click the three dots menu at the top of the page.
- Select Archived Workflows or Archived Broadcasts.
