Beta Benefit - Promotion Terms and Conditions

Send by Elementor (“Send”) is offering its Beta users a one-year subscription benefit. The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to this Promotion, and the following shall also apply. The Discount Offer is subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. The Promotion begins on August 1st, 2024, at 7:00 EST, and ends on September 30th, 2024, at 23:59 EST. (the “Promotion”). The Promotion shall allow you to receive a one-year free Send subscription (the “Benefit”).

Consumers of the Promotion are subject to the following additional terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Benefit on Send, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Onboarding Completion: You must have completed at least 85% of the onboarding process as determined by our internal tracking metrics.
Online Store Requirement: You must have an active online store using WooCommerce. Proof of the store’s operational status may be required.
Active Engagement: During the beta term of Send, you must maintain at least two active workflows or campaigns targeting your audience.
Customer Interview: You must participate in at least one customer interview with the Send Team to provide feedback on your experience.

2. Verification and Compliance

Your compliance with the eligibility criteria may be verified by our team. In case of any discrepancies, the Benefit will not be granted.
We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to verify eligibility.

3. Subscription Benefit

Qualified customers will receive a one-year subscription to Send at no cost.
This subscription includes access to all standard features of Send as specified in our service offerings at the time of the free subscription.

4. Usage and Restrictions

The Benefit is personal and non-transferable and may only be used by a qualified user.
The Promotion shall only apply for the first year of the subscription, and will not apply to any renewals.
We may decline to provide the Promotion offer for a specific user.

5. Termination of Benefit

The Promotion is subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
We reserve the right to terminate the Benefit if any of the eligibility criteria are no longer met during the one-year period.
Any misuse or abuse of the discounts offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, temporary or permanent revocation of the subscription, or; termination of access to the free or premium software and services offered by us.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
